Yoga is for everyone despite what you might see and read on social media.  It’s not about getting into the most difficult shape for that Instagram post or wearing the latest gear.  You are unique and have a unique body.  Nobody else on this planet is you.  In my classes I encourage students to follow the wisdom of the body; it’s our best teacher.  I encourage students to move with curiosity and instinct rather than follow precise instruction where one pose fits all.   My classes are safe, fun, inclusive and creative allowing students to work within their own realms through intuitive movement and self inquiry with everyone’s final destination being one of peace and tranquility.

Useful information

Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender or physical limitation.

No, you don’t have to be flexible.

Yoga is not competitive.

Drink plenty of water beforehand.

Do not eat for at least 2 hours before the class.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in which is not too baggy.

Let the teacher know of any injuries or discomfort.

Don’t take it too seriously; this is your time and your practice. You are here to relax and revitalise.

Listen to your body; you are its best teacher.
