I am a qualified British Wheel of yoga teacher with over 15 years experience of practising yoga. I trained in Brighton but recently moved to Newport to bring my yoga teaching back to Wales where I grew up. I have trained with many senior teachers and continue my professional development through workshops, intensive training courses and extensive reading. Yoga is a fascinating subject and is a never ending learning journey. My classes are inclusive, sensitive and challenging and draw on many styles of yoga, namely Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Bikram.
