Open your heart and follow the path to Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) in this week’s Sunday morning Iyengar inspired yoga workshop at The Share Centre 9.30-10.45 am. £8. This practice is designed to make wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanuarasana) more accessible and comfortable. We will work through preparatory poses to lengthen your spine, open your shoulders and your thighs while simultaneously activating your energetic heart centre.
This is not an advanced workshop, it is for all levels for please come along if you want to refine your understanding of these essential postures.
