Twists have an abundance of benefits and can be done lying down, sitting or standing.

When you’re in a twist you are essentially compressing your digestive organs. This will cause a lack of circulation so when you release there will be a rush of fresh blood that will flood your digestive organs bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients promoting detoxification.
