This Sunday’s Deepen Your Practice session will be a lively and fun class exploring the biomechanics of balance in various standing and asymmetrical one legged standing poses. When you pay attention to the vertical line of gravity you surrender into a deeper state of concentration and meditation as you move towards stillness. Balance postures are not only physically strengthening, they develop coordination and tempo so join me on the mat for this exhilarating and playfully challenging practice.
