Face your fears and embrace the world from a different perspective. Being upside down doesn’t have to be scary; you did it a lot as a child remember! This workshop will help you to understand the effects of gravity and give you the confidence to revisit those days of your carefree youth. You will also learn that having your head below your heart has amazing health benefits both physical and psychological. This workshop is fun and playful so don’t feel you have to have a lot of yoga experience.
