This is an 8 week course for the new yogi to re-awaken the mind, body and spirit as we finally emerge into the invigorating and uplifting energies of spring. Shake off the heaviness of winter and stimulate your mind and body with the amazing benefits of yoga by learning to immerse yourself in the peace and stillness of your own centered being. On your journey you will gradually experience more energy in the body, more clarity in the mind and an all round deeper sense of calm.
Yoga is energising, strengthening and relaxing all at the same time and when you develop a consistent practice life runs more smoothly. This is a taster course with a view to you continuing a weekly practice if you choose to.
8 week course from 25 February – 5 May £48
Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm at The Share Centre on Stow Hill. Plenty of free parking around St Woolos Cathedral. 1 minute walk down the hill.
Mats and props are all provided. You just have to turn up and experience the wonders of yoga.
