Join me on the mat for this 90 minute all round practice. We’ll start with some breath work to wake up the lungs, then continue with some invigorating movement to shift our mood and strengthen the body before we meander down to some cooling postures and well deserved yoga nidra. Have a blanket and pillow ready for your relaxation.
