One to one sessions provide the ideal environment to address your goals and work on areas of specific interest.
As a new student, you may be intimidated by the thought of a public yoga class. One to one sessions allow your teacher the opportunity to focus on your needs and ensure you are getting off to an appropriate start. These sessions can help you to integrate into a public class if that’s your aim.
For those working with an injury or managing a health condition, yoga therapy sessions can help you do yoga safely and promote self-healing and may also help you manage symptoms. From back care to stress reduction, the practice of yoga can help improve your quality of life. Rather than focusing on yoga methods and postures, yoga therapy fundamentally focuses on needs, function and support.
