Many will be tempted to visit remote beauty spots this Sunday to lift spirits and boost moods with the onset of the long awaited warm spring weather. Please follow the NHS guidelines and stay at home. As an alternative join me on the mat in your lounge or garden via Zoom to help shift your perspective if that’s what’s needed. A better mood starts with recognising your current state and realising nothing is permanent and you’re always advancing even when you’re feeling low.
