Replenish and rejuvenate in 2020 – New Year beginners yoga course

This is an 8 week course for the new yogi. Let go of 2019 and the end of year festivities of self indulgence which often make us feel sluggish and bloated. Allow yourself to detox and revitalise. This is a time for new beginnings where we set intentions and goals for the year ahead and endeavour to let go of things that no longer serve us. Achieving these goals can be challenging. Start your new year by cultivating strength and flexibility in your body and stillness in your mind with the amazing benefits of yoga.  On your journey you will gradually experience more energy in the body,  more clarity in the mind and an all round deeper sense of calm. Yoga is energising, strengthening and relaxing all at the same time and when you develop a consistent practice, life runs more smoothly.

There are two 8 week beginners courses at The Share Centre on Stow Hill.  Plenty of free parking around St Woolos Cathedral.  1 minute walk down the hill.
