It is no surprise that International Yoga Day coincides with the Summer Solstice, 21 June, the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. This illustrious day is marked as a time of celebration and many cultures have festivals to celebrate the sun and its life-giving energy which is why it makes the perfect time to practise yoga. Come and join me in Beechwood Park to mark this day with some invigorating and uplifting yoga among the oxygen giving trees and upon the nurturing earth! Fill your lungs as you flow into stillness surrounded by the powerful rhythms of nature itself!
7-8.15pm in Beechwood Park
