Give yourself the gift of renewal and rejuvenation this autumn by journeying effortlessly through a sequence of melting restorative poses.
Restorative yoga is a passive and therapeutic form of yoga that provides deep rest for tired bodies, stillness for busy minds and rejuvenation for the entire nervous system. The yoga concentrates on surrendering your weight to supports and softening stretches helping you to relieve negative stress and emotional strain. Sometimes allowing yourself to do nothing is the greatest form of self-care and in this workshop you will be doing just that!
This is a two hour workshop. It begins with some basic pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by 75 mins of delicious restorative postures and finishes with a guided mediation. Yoga props will be provided but feel free to bring your own blanket and pillow for those home comforts
