Classes for all levels
If you’ve considered starting yoga but for one reason or other just haven’t got round to it, now is the perfect time to dip your toe in these nurturing and transforming waters and out of our current turbulent ones. From the comfort of your own lounge with nobody watching, not even me, you can now either take a glimpse or join in to find out what it’s all about. No judgement, no expectation just an hour of nourishing yourself through gentle movement and breathe work. Get in touch for details. All welcome including kids and pets.

Wednesday 10.00-11.00 am flow yoga all levels
Friday 10.00-11.00 am suitable for the new yogi
Saturday 10.00-11.00 am vinyasa flow all levels
Sunday 9.45-11 am Deepen your practice. A themed practice finishing with a yoga nidra. Please have a blanket and pillow for this.
Zoom is so easy to use. Download the app on your phone/ipad/laptop and just click on the link that I send you sometime before the class begins.

If you cannot pay right now please email me. No questions asked. Also if you’re a key worker and cannot make these timings please please let me know so I can schedule some for you guys or send you recordings of the classes.
I’m also offering a monthly payment of £40 for unlimited live classes. Recordings of all classes will be available to you just in case you can’t make one. You can pay by paypal or bacs details of which will be in the emails for the classes.
