I cannot recommend Frea’s classes enough. I have done both the beginner and pregnancy yoga and got so much out of them. Frea is an excellent teacher, gently guiding on positions and focusing on incredible breath work techniques. I always finish class feeling like a weight has been lifted from me and it’s also been great for building up strength and tone as I am hyper mobile.

I’ve attended many different yoga classes with different teachers, but I always gravitate back to Frea. Frea has the calming, chill, peaceful vibe I crave with yoga. I always feel safe and comfortable in Frea’s classes, but also pushed to do my best. The classes are strenuous enough that I feel it the next day, but without it feeling like a workout. I’ve seen a lot of difference in my body after only a few weeks. Frea is always very welcoming, even if you have a few sessions off, Frea welcomes you back with no hesitation. I also love how Frea speaks in a calming voice, describing the body movements and breath with ease, without distracting from the peaceful vibe. I have been attending Freas Tuesday yoga class for just over 2 years and I love it. Prior to attending, over the years, I have tried multiple different classes including yoga but never stuck with them with various excuses for ‘giving up’ Freas classes are different. They are welcoming, comfortable and nonjudgmental. There are no expectations that you will strike a ‘perfect’ pose as everyone’s body is different. What do I get from it? “Frea is a fantastic teacher. She is very calm, patient and encouraging. Frea explains and demonstrates yoga poses well and is able to suggest adjustments to get the pose right. Frea always explains the benefits of a pose, what muscles are being used and the internal benefits. She is very down to earth while at the same time introducing the spiritual side of yoga and Sanskrit terms. Frea also runs a half hour mindfulness session which I find very beneficial.
