TASTER CLASS FOR NEW STUDENTS £6
Every class is suitable for all levels as I differentiate throughout the practice. My classes work on balance and strength in the body using breathwork to help develop these important physical components. Building strength and cultivating balance in our bodies help us to journey through life more effortlessly .
Well woman classes are for women at any stage of life. These classes are workshop based finishing with a blissful restorative pose to promote relaxation.

TERM AND CONDITIONS OF BLOCK BOOKINGS.
If you miss a class through unexpectant circumstances I cannot offer a refund or add a class on in the next block unfortunately but you can drop into another class during the week within that block time frame. You can start a block at any time. Please enquire.
