Balance and strength classes are for everyone.  In these classes I use breathwork to help develop these important physical components. Building strength and cultivating balance in our bodies help us to  journey through life more effortlessly .

Well woman classes are for anyone going through a stage of menopause as they help strengthen your bones, focus your mind and give you the tools to relax if you’re stressed through pranayama.

Spring term 5 week block w/c 25 April £34

Drop in is £9 if there is space.  Please book in advance.

Please note: if you can’t make a class you can drop into another class during that week if there is space however I can not carry it over to another week or six week block.  If you have holidays coming up please let me know in advance as you won’t have to pay for those sessions.

Online Classes

(These classes are subject to change on the weekend)

  • Sunday 9.30-10.45 ambalance and meditation

Weekend yoga Saturday/Sunday morning – park or online depending on the weather. Please contact me to be added to my mailing list for details about the park sessions

Single class £6
Monthly unlimited £40 (online only)
Recordings £4  (free for monthly unlimited)  Please let me know if you’d like a recording. Recordings only monthly unlimited £20.
