Hi everyone, I lead you through a full yoga and strength session to warm up, build legs and side body strength, and get your heart rate up. We move through stretches, downward dog, plank and side plank, then lunges and warrior work using weights for sets of 10, plus glute bridge work in sets of 30, and a deep core exercise focusing on the transverse abdominis. We finish with a long stretching moment and savasana for deep relaxation. Please follow my modifications, keep breath steady, and take your time with the slow core work
