Hi, I’m sharing a full yoga and strength session I filmed after Easter, on April 14th. We warm up with downward dog and plank, then do three sets of 10 shoulder openers per side, followed by triceps work, lunges, and warrior sequence using weights. Then we do three sets of 30 glute bridges with a strap, plus stretches and twists, finishing with child’s pose and Shavasana. I also ask you to set a comfortable knee support under your pad, use lighter weights if needed, and pause the video when you want.
